Nigeria’s worst flooding in decades leaves thousands trapped | DW News

Emergency crews in the city of Maiduguri are still trying to reach people trapped by the flood waters, which was caused by a dam collapse.

Authorities say at least 30 people have been killed, but that death toll is expected to rise as search and rescue operations continue.
