A whale spent several months getting tangled up in ropes…and rescuers spent several days trying to free it. Officials with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada reportedly say it was alerted to a humpback whale in distress while conducting a necropsy on a deceased whale nearby. Rescuers hurried to the Hecate Strait off British Columbia, where the whale was in need of help. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
