2. Wide of Zelenskyy and Harris signing agreement and shaking hands
3. Close of Ireland and Ukraine national flags
4. SOUNDBITE (English) Simon Harris, Prime Minister of the Ireland:
“I wanted to be here today to say very clearly that Ireland will always stand with Ukraine, that Europe will always stand with Ukraine, and that both Ireland and the European Union will always stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes. And Ireland will never allow the war on Ukraine, the brutal Russian aggression, we will never allow that (to) fade into the background. We will never allow that to become normalized. Or indeed, will we allow events like this morning, become normalized, where only hours after passing through Lviv, I hear of civilians being murdered, by Russia, including children, three children, children likely asleep in their beds in the early hours of the morning, murdered when evil comes, to Ukraine. And, Mr. President, we in Ireland will never ever fail to call that out, we will never, ever, ever live in a world where that becomes normalized, or accepted."

6. SOUNDBITE (Ukrainian) Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine:
"I have already spoken about the reboot of our Cabinet of Ministers, many ministries. I am very grateful to the ministers and the entire Cabinet team who worked for Ukraine for the sake of Ukrainians, for four and a half years, and someone has been minister for five. Today we need new energy. And these steps are connected, they are only connected with strengthening our state in various areas. International politics and diplomacy are no exception. Today I cannot predict what exactly this or that minister will do. We will have answers to this when they are offered certain positions. It is too early to talk about this today."
7. Wide of Zelenskyy and Harris listening to the questions
8. SOUNDBITE (Ukrainian) Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine:
“We need, you know, permission to use weapons from the countries that give us these long-range weapons, and it depends on them. And I’ll tell you frankly, it does not depend on a coalition of all friendly partners from all countries of the world. It depends on very specific states: The United States, Britain, France, Germany. Today, only these four countries either provide or are able to provide exactly the kind of long-range weapons that can help us push the Russian Federation out of our territory, and can help us save civilian lives. In all cities: in Poltava, in Lviv, in Kharkiv, in Kyiv, in Dnipro, in Kryvyi Rih. Every day we are losing people, and it is on these four countries that our strength in solving these problems depends, thank you.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris in Kyiv
Tuesday, as the country faces intensified Russian bombardment.
The talks took place hours after a deadly overnight strike in Lviv.
Harris, visibly moved by the devastation that occurred hours after he transited through the city, pledged an additional million euros in civilian aid.
"Only hours after passing through Lviv, I hear of civilians being murdered, by Russia, including children, three children, children likely asleep in their beds in the early hours of the morning," Harris said.
