Shocking video shows a speeding minivan barrelling into two parked vehicles in Brooklyn, New York. One by one, neighbors emerge from their homes to see what’s going on. Then a delivery driver and other bystanders worked as a team to free the trapped driver. They successfully flipped the van back over and rescued the driver. Cops say the minivan driver was drunk. The driver is accused of hitting a mom and her 3-year-old daughter in a stroller just minutes before ramming into the parked cars.
