Hundreds of Karen Read’s supporters say there was a law enforcement cover-up in another homicide case in the same Boston suburb. The death of pregnant Sandra Birchmore in 2021 was initially ruled a suicide when her body was found. Three years later, a married ex-cop was charged with killing her, then staging the scene to make it seem as if the victim took her own life. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.
