The mosquito red alert is happening across the U.S., with spraying taking place over fears of West Nile virus. Now, people are wondering about the dos and don’ts of mosquito bites. Experts say one thing you shouldn’t do is scratch the bite. There’s no way of telling by looking if the mosquito that bit you carried West Nile, Zika, dengue or the triple-e virus.
