Deputy CIA Director David Cohen says the three ISIS-linked suspects were planning to kill "tens of thousands of people" at the concert. The CIA official praised the agency for its pivotal role in saving so many lives. After the foiled terror plot, Swift’s three Vienna concerts at the arena were promptly canceled.
