And I think that that is, another good thing, another strength that he will bring to the ticket.”

STORYLINE:
Delegates from Minnesota and Nebraska at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago expressed excitement as Gov. Tim Walz is slated to give the headline speech on Wednesday.
"While we will miss having him as our governor, we’re certainly proud to have him be our vice president," Bonnie Westlin, who is a Minnesota delegate and state senator there.
Delegates also expressed the Minnesota governor’s "down to earth" personality.
