Two tourists accused of destroying ancient rock formations are now facing federal charges. Payden Cosper and Wyatt Fain are accused of wrestling protected boulders until they tumbled down the cliff. The rock formation was inside the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. They were both charged and the men have pleaded not guilty. Cosper’s attorney tells Inside Edition, he had no knowledge that his actions were unlawful and "There were no signs posted at the entrance prohibiting the pushing of rocks, or that it was a federally protected site."
