Hours after he suspended his independent campaign for the White House and endorsed Donald Trump, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined the Republican presidential nominee onstage at an Arizona rally. Kennedy was greeted on Friday by thundering applause as he took the stage to the Foo Fighters and a pyrotechnics display after being introduced by Trump.
