It is uninhabitable, and lacks the necessities of life, such as water, food, medicine, furniture and cleaning materials. This entire narrow area, which is not suitable for several hundred people, has become a place where more than two million displaced, afflicted people are crammed in, lacking the most basic necessities of life."

There is absolutely no safety."
