Governments across the world are strapped for cash and looking for ways to support the ever-growing costs of defense or tackling climate change. A new report from the campaign group "Tax Justice Network" says the solution is to levy a tax on the wealthiest individuals. Critics say it’s easier said than done – yet some of the world’s billionaires themselves are demanding they pay more tax. We spoke to DW Business correspondent Emily Leshner.
