STORYLINE:
With the Democratic National Convention coming to town next week, Chicago is getting ready.
Banners welcoming delegates to the city have gone up around town, and construction and gardening crews are sprucing up the area around the United Center, which will host the convention from August 19 to August 22.
Also going up? More security fencing on the United Center grounds.
