Law enforcement announced the arrests of two doctors and three others in connection with the death of "Friends" actor Matthew Perry. The arrests come 10 months after Perry drowned in his hot tub. Those under arrest include Perry’s live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa. Also named in the indictment was Dr. Salvador Plascencia. Investigators say he helped distribute 20 vials of ketamine to Perry for $55,000. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
