A Texas police officer and bystanders rescued a woman from a submerged car. The drama started when a 12-year-old boy flagged down a police officer. His mom suffered a seizure and drove into a pond in West Orange, Texas. The officer rushed to the pond. He ran back to his cruiser to grab a device to smash in the window. When he returns, he sees that a bystander jumped into the pond to help out. Finally, they break the window and pull Jonquetta Winbush out.
