Another animal-themed work by the elusive street artist Banksy has appeared in London, this time on a store front in the Walthamstow neighborhood. The pair of pelicans, which appear to enjoy the tasty food on offer at the fish ‘n’ chips shop, have been welcomed with open arms by the local community.
