RESTRICTIONS SUMMARY: NO USE BY BBC PERSIAN, VOA PERSIAN, MANOTO TV, IRAN INTERNATIONAL
++The Associated Press is adhering to Iranian law that stipulates all media are banned from providing BBC Persian, VOA Persian, Manoto TV and Iran International any coverage from Iran, and under this law if any media violate this ban the Iranian authorities can immediately shut down that organisation in Tehran.++

"They (Israelis) have formed a vortex of fire around themselves. They thought it (Israelis) could kill nuclear scientists on the street to stop a nation from achieving nuclear energy. This is the most ridiculous strategy to achieve a political goal."

"They targeted the revolutionary leader of a freedom-fighting movement (Ismail Haniyeh), who was after the right to his people’s destiny and his occupied lands, in another country. They think by doing this they have reached some success that helps them survive. They are digging their own grave and they will gradually get themselves buried in these swamps and holes."

"When it (Israel) receives a firm response, it will realise it has been wrong. They keep making miscalculations. They repeated this mistake this time too. STORYLINE:
The Head of Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, Gen. Hossein Salami spoke of a response against Israel after the death of Hamas’ political leader Ismail Haniyeh, warning that Israel was “digging its own grave.”
“They keep making miscalculations," Salami said addressing a gathering in Tehran on Monday.
"They will once again get a taste (of our punishment)," he added.
Last week’s assassinations of Haniyeh in Iran’s capital and Hezbollah commander Shukur in Beirut has raised tensions in the region.
