It just don’t make sense and for people to think that, oh, we got to push this lady up and she got some money raised up, and she got a few people that’s endorsing her, and she got the fake phone call from Barack and Michelle. That stuff don’t work no more with people man. That stuff is old school politics, man. People are tired of fake. And we see what’s happening and we see that, first of all, we knew that Biden could not tie his shoes, drive a car, walk up the stairs. We knew he couldn’t run a country."

"So I don’t really like her with with her, being a phony and want to be Black when she got to be Black. And then she’s Asian American. But I don’t see the Asian American or the Indian people really just running out talking about how they go vote for like that. I just see Black people saying, you know, because they want a Black president, but I think she’s just phony. I think she’s fake. I would love her to come to the barbershop and sit down and talk and come in, and I could tell how real she is if she come into the barber shop with a bunch of brothers. You’re going to tell how she react."

"I am excited that she’s kind of reinvigorated the race. I will confess, I’m happy that Biden pulled out. I thought he’s too old. I think Trump is too old as well. And, I think she jumping back into, or getting into it has really reinvigorated the race."

"To be honest, I’m not a supporter of Trump. I think he lies too much and his ethics are questionable. So that causes me not to be a supporter of his. I am going to vote for her. I will vote for her and I’m excited to do so. I generally think she may be a little liberal on certain issues, but in order to safeguard our democracy, I’ll definitely vote for her."

"Well, I have two feelings on it. One is my preference would have been for an open ballot. It would have been nice, but, I think she did campaign for it. She was on the ticket, you know, it was a Biden-Harris ticket. And so it was presumed to me if something happened to her, that she would be the nominee. And I feel that she was running as part of that ticket. Therefore, I don’t have a problem with her getting the nomination."

STORYLINE:
At 1st Class Barber and Beauty in Atlanta’s bustling East Atlanta Village neighborhood, Harris was not drawing much praise. Barber T. Stanley minced no words and said Harris was "phony."
