Following the prisoner exchange between Russia and the West, Russian opposition members Andrei Pivovarov, Vladimir Kara-Murza, and Ilya Yashin have spoken publicly for the first time since their release. At a press conference in Bonn, they thanked Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz and all Germans who had campaignedto releasef the political prisoners. At the same time, they announced that they would continue their resistance against Russian head of state Putin.
