A toddler cried for help after falling 12 feet down a PVC pipe. First responders tried to come up with a plan to get 14-month-old Bentley out of the hole quickly and safely. His parents could only watch helplessly as their child screamed. The Moundridge Police Department in Kansas says the pipe was just 12 inches in diameter. One officer had an idea.
