Hundreds of thousands of people have taken part in Berlin’s annual Pride parade. The event in the German capital celebrates achievements and calls for improvements in LGBTQ rights. In many other countries, gay rights lag much further behind, and LGBTQ people still face persecution. DW Reporter Lukas Wiehler met a father and son from Kazachstan who had a special reason to celebrate.
