A jogger is crediting her hair clip for saving her life during a grizzly bear attack. Vanessa Chaput tells Inside Edition she was attacked while jogging on a mountainside trail in Canada. During the attack, the bear bit into Chaput’s hair clip. Apparently, the bear did not find that very appetizing and started backing off. Chaput was rushed to the hospital. She was left with vicious wounds as well as a broken arm. However, she feels lucky to be alive all thanks to a plastic hair clip.
