“And so that the not knowing is the is. That is the hard part. And we keep watching and waiting. And I know this is out of a lot of people’s control. I understand that. And it’s something nothing that can be done. But to let your your customers know what is happening and give them, an approximation of what to expect would help a lot deal. It would reduce the anxiety that we have.”

“We’ve had to eat cheaply, which is okay, but no sympathy. No. No. Nothing like that. And we have not even heard you waiting for a text or email or something. I have not heard anything. And so with that, that raises your anxiety. Your medicine may be able to last you just a little bit longer if you don’t take it. If you don’t worry but worry. Well. So I’m very disappointed. Very, very disappointed to the point where some decisions are being made to not ever. And I know they probably won’t miss us. But. It’s not good."

“They said to come down and get our luggage, and which we did, and to wait for an email. We’ve been watching and waiting for an email of some kind. Maybe not the solution, but some care to let us know how close we are. Something for clarity and we have not heard that. So that is very, very disappointing. And matter of factly, it’s it’s it’s cruel”

STORYLINE:
A faulty software update caused technological havoc worldwide on Friday, grounding flights, knocking down some financial companies and news outlets, and disrupting hospitals, small businesses and government offices.
The breadth of the outages highlighted the fragility of a digitized world dependent on just a few providers for key computing services.
The trouble was sparked by an update issued by cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike and only affected its customers running Microsoft Windows, the world’s most popular operating system for personal computers. It was not the result of hacking or a cyberattack, according to CrowdStrike, which apologized and said a fix was on the way.
