Larry Sabato, Director of the Center of Politics at the University of Virginia, discusses who would best serve as Vice President Kamala Harris’s running mate if she does become the Democratic Party’s nominee. Sabato suggests Harris create a balance ticket and pick a candidate who can win electoral votes. He also talks about whether or not the state of Virginia will be competitive come Election Day.
