STORYLINE:
Hundreds of fans gathered to see Korean actor Byeon Woo Seok at Hong Kong’s Windsor Mall, Saturday, where he was giving a press conference ahead of his fan meeting event on Sunday.
Rising star Byeon, a lead in the romantic time-travel series "Lovely Runner," greeted the crowd with a brief Cantonese welcome, before talking about his "SUMMER LETTER" tour of Asia and what he wanted to do in Hong Kong.
"I eat a lot of this (dim sum) in Korea, but I like dim sum, so I want to go try (dim sum), and then I want to check out the night market," he said.
Hong Kong is one of the final stops of his fan meeting tour, following dates across Asia this summer including Jakarta, Manila, Seoul and Singapore.
The "SUMMER LETTER" fan meeting in Hong Kong takes place on Sunday.
