"More like what we heard, the bullets rattle around the grandstand. One hit the speaker tower and chaos broke. We hit the ground and the police converged to the grandstands."

"The first thing I heard was a couple of cracks and then I saw a hydraulic line from one of the speakers, looks like it got hit. Like Chris had a couple of bullets rattling around, and then we hit the deck. And once the, once the authorities converged, we assisted with two patients that may have gotten shot up in the grandstand, and we cleared a path for getting them out of the way. And just, it’s just a sad day for, America."

"We were concerned for President-to-be Trump. I saw him stand up and looks really, like Secret Service really had, they huddled around him and he got up and he gave a motion that he’s ok. And then after that we’re just trying to get out safely."

STORYLINE:
The shooting at former President Donald Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania is being investigated as an attempted assassination of the former president and presumptive Republican nominee, law enforcement officials say.
Two officials spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the ongoing investigation.
Trump’s campaign said in a statement that the former president was “fine” after a shooting at his rally in Butler.
A local prosecutor says the suspected gunman and at least one attendee are dead.
