A police pursuit involving the driver of an allegedly stolen car ends up soaking wet while being arrested in a wooded area in Florida. Body camera video shows an officer with the Port Orange Police Department trying to detain the driver. The driver takes off with the passenger door still open, knocking an officer over, police say.
