US planes carried out at least three airdrops of aid over the central Gaza city of Khan Younis on Monday, sending displaced people running from nearby tent camps to claim the supplies. The war has caused massive devastation across the besieged Palestinian territory and displaced most of its 2.3 million people, often multiple times.
