“Many times what happens in these solid waste landfills because of the heat, you know, many times the waste starts burning and it releases methane gas, which is very toxic. And, you know, the heat of the waste burning. There are vehicles, roaming around in the field, the larger trucks, the solid waste trucks, which are there. And then the environmental heat. And this work cannot be done during nighttime. So they have to do this during the daytime when, anyway, the heat is very high.”
