STORYLINE:
Russian President Vladimir Putin didn’t watch the presidential debates between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, the Kremlin said Friday.
Speaking with reporters, Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that the Russian leader didn’t watch the debates as it was not on the top list of his agenda. He added however that the Kremlin will have a close look at the statements made during the debates.
"We will familiarise ourselves with all the statements that have been made," Peskov said.
