Police in Cleveland, Ohio, unlock a car to rescue a baby who was left inside while the baby’s father was inside a casino. Body camera video of the rescue and subsequent arrest shows how a couple who returned to their SUV heard the baby and called 911. Police unlock the car, free the baby while other officers head inside the casino to arrest the child’s parent. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
