In Gaza over 8,000 children under five treated for malnutrition, says WHO | DW News

Israel’s army has said it will start making a daily ‘tactical pause’ along a road in southern Gaza to allow aid deliveries through. Children are among those with the greatest needs in the territory. The World Health Organization said thousands of children under five have been diagnosed and treated for acute malnutrition. DW spoke to James Elder, a spokesperson for the United Nations children’s agency UNICEF. He described how the humanitarian situation has worsened there in the last few months.
