Just a few years ago, masks were everywhere due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New York Governor Kathy Hochul says she wants to ban masks, with some exceptions, as a way of putting a stop to hate speech. There’s growing support to reinstate the ban, with some exceptions, thanks to the widespread protests over the fighting in Gaza.
