STORYLINE:
An Israeli airstrike hit a house in the urban Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza early Sunday, killing three people, hospital authorities said.
The dead have been brought to the al-Aqsa Martyrs hospital in the nearby town of Deir al-Balah, according to hospital authorities who gave the details.
An Associated Press journalist at the facility counted the bodies.
Mourners meanwhile held Islamic funeral services for four people who were among dozens of fatalities from Saturday’s massive Israeli bombardment of the Nuseirat camp during an operation to free four hostages.
