A stranded thrill-seeker was rescued after laying out a bunch of rocks in the sand to spell out the word "help." It happened on a beach in central California. A firefighter was lowered by helicopter to save the stranded man. After being secured to the tether, the rescuers lifted him to safety in a perfect landing above the cliff. Turns out, the rescued man was windsurfing when he ended up on the beach with no way out.
