Giant panda Xiang Xiang, who was born in Japan in 2017 and handed over to China in February of last year, turned seven years old Wednesday. Xiang Xiang was born at Tokyo’s Ueno Zoo to Shin Shin (female) and Ri Ri (male), two pandas on loan from China, which owns the cubs they give birth to under the loan agreement. #panda #xiangxiang #japan #china
