The neighbor of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito claims he’s lying about the circumstances surrounding the upside-down flag flying at his home. Emily Baden lived five houses from Alito and his wife Martha-Ann in Virginia. Alito claims that his wife flew the U.S. Flag upside down outside their home following "a very nasty neighborhood dispute in which I had no involvement." But in her first TV interview, Baden tells an entirely different story that appears to contradict Alito.
