The heartbroken friend who was with "General Hospital" star Johnny Wactor when thieves tried to steal his car’s catalytic converter is speaking to Inside Edition. Anita Joy says she and Wactor asked the masked man what he was doing in a non-threatening way when a shot rang out. She says she screamed for help and tied her jacket around the gunshot wound in his chest. However, she couldn’t save him. Now, she’s issuing a call to bring justice for Wactor.
