Congress Working to Make it Illegal to Share Deep Fake Porn

With AI technology advancing, fake images and videos are a concern. Also a concern: deepfake porn. Breeze Liu learned her face had been superimposed on pornographic content after a friend came across the images. Sadly, her story isn’t unique. CBS News reports that over 21,000 deepfake porn videos were discovered online last year, which is 460% more than in 2022. Now congress is working on creating laws to protect victims.
