Louisville police have released footage of pro golfer Scottie Scheffler the morning he was arrested. The Louisville Metro Police chief and the city���s mayor revealed that the officer who initially confronted Scheffler did not have his body-worn camera turned on. In the incident, Scheffler was arrested after allegedly trying to drive around the scene of a fatal accident. It happened as he was on his way to play in the PGA Championship.
