Will This Nestle Drumstick Ice Cream Melt?

Social media has exploded with users shocked by a sweet treat’s inability to thaw. Nestlé’s Drumstick was invented in 1928 and has been part of American culture ever since. Now, people are doing everything imaginable to get them to melt. Turns out, Drumsticks are not really ice cream. Nestlé, the company that makes them, describes it as a frozen dairy dessert. Registered dietician Jaclyn London says the extra ingredients in Drumsticks prevents it from melting.
