Pet owners in Brazil reunited with dogs that were rescued by local volunteers after severe flooding in the Rio Grande do Sul area.
Hundreds of volunteers set up a makeshift shelter in an abandoned, roofless warehouse in the city of Canoas. Every hour, between 20 and 30 dogs arrive at the shelter, rescuers said, with many creatures injured after having nearly drowned. https://abcnews.visitlink.me/cw2nrv
