STORYLINE:
An Israeli strike in Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza killed at least five people, the Aqsa Martyrs Hospital that received the bodies told The Associated Press on Sunday.
Several people injured in the strike could also be seen arriving at the hospital.
One of the bodies had already been collected by their family and taken to be buried.
Some reports said the strike targeted a school run by UNRWA, the United Nations’ agency for Palestinians.
UNRWA did not immediately comment on the incident.
Another Israeli strike on a residential house killed four children and two adults in a refugee camp near the southern city of Rafah on Sunday, according to the Abu Youssef al-Najjar Hospital.
Among the four children killed in the strike on the al-Attar family house are a six month-old and a three year-old.
Burials were underway in a nearby cemetery.
