Holding wooden crosses, Orthodox Christian pilgrims marked Good Friday in the Old City of Jerusalem. During the procession, the pilgrims walked along the fourteen stations of the ‘Via Dolorosa’, Latin for ‘Way of the Suffering’, retracing Jesus’ last steps before his crucifixion as tradition dictates.
