A teen Boca Bash reveler apologized for other boaters dumping trash into the ocean. “I wish I could have been off of that boat," The 15-year-old told a local TV station. The teen says he was at the front of the boat and did not see his friends emptying two containers full of garbage into the water. They were partying at Boca Bash, which is an annual spring festival in Boca Raton, Florida. Although authorities know the identities of some involved, so far no charges have been filed.
