Four officers were killed while attempting to serve a warrant at a house in Charlotte, North Carolina. Four other police officers were wounded. Panicked neighbors posted live videos on social media as the frantic shooting unfolded. Authorities identified the shooter as Terry Clark Hughes Jr, who was wanted for possession of a firearm.
