U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived for the morning session at a Group of Seven (G7) gathering on the Italian island of Capri on Friday.
The US top diplomat did not comment on reports of an overnight Israeli attack on Iran.
Foreign ministers from leading industrialized nations been meeting in Capri to discuss escalating tensions in the Middle East and the war in Ukraine.
