Tasnim Ghiawadwala, Global Head of Commercial Banking at Citibank, says a number of factors including interest rates and politics are having an impact on the bank’s clients’ view for mergers and acquisitions. "It’s not cheap anymore to buy another company, you’ve got to make sure that it’s really worth it, that the valuation, you’re not going to overpay and the valuations are going to be there to see you through kind of the medium and the long term," she tells Bloomberg Television.
