Tomah VAMC leadership, VBA Representative, and program leads hold a tele-town hall to talk about what matters to Veterans. Topics include Neurology and Comp/ Pen, PACT Act Eligibility Update, Urgent Care update, Community Care, Wausau Clinic, and Veterans Access to Phone Services. Throughout the call, polling questions were used to evaluate how Veterans are receiving their information.
Most importantly, Tomah VAMC provides Veterans the option for open questions. Veterans can ask questions to Tomah VAMC staff and VBA representatives who were also present on the call.
