How Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s words wound up in this Chicks video

Months before her death, the late justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg almost wound up on the Chicks’ new album. Lead singer Natalie Maines told the PBS NewsHour that Ginsburg’s remarks from 2018 on the #metoo movement were almost included in the track "For Her," but were removed before the release of the album, their first in 14 years. After Ginsburg’s death, the band cut together a new version of the video featuring her words alongside their music.
